Anyone with a Promise SATA150 TXX controller install successfully? When I try to install Vista from within XP it ask for drivers. I downloaded the SATA drivers for the card, burned just the contents of the WinXP folder to CD and it can't seem to find them (of course it never even asks me for what path they're in..)
Anyone able to install Vista successfully with this SATA controller card?
Thanks,
Jeff

I have been unable to install it, myself. I also downloaded the latest version, tried that, but no joy, :-( VISTA needs to support SATA HD's!!!

do you have the actual vista driver for you card in the CD? things from windowsxp may not work with Vista.
as a matter fact, I don't think there is any vista drive fro your card from promise at least with google search using "site:promise.com vista driver"
